Wilmslow Kitchen cookery school was conceptualised from extensive research, we hope to teach you some of our tricks and expertise and make cooking at home a really enjoyable experience for you.
Work Colleague Mark Sargeant, former Head Chef of Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin starred restaurant Claridges, now restauranteur of Rocksalt & The Smokehouse in Folkestone, recently travelled up from London to Cheshire to open the Wilmslow Kitchen Cookery School.

The school is owned by husband and wife team Sarah & David Bridge, Sarah and David have over 40 years combined experience within the catering industry. At 19 they moved from the North to work in London, where they both learnt their trade under the guidance of the Roux Brothers, during this period they worked within teams of accomplished chefs, Gordon Ramsay, Pierre Koffman and Michele Roux jnr among others.
In the late 90s they travelled extensively in South East Asia, America and New Zealand then living in Sydney Australia, picking up authentic styles and techniques and working once again with accomplished world renowned chefs.
They moved back to London and moved into management always with a long term view to opening a cookery school.
