Christmas Showstopper desserts.

This course covers a host of techniques that will help you produce showstopping desserts!! of course we make fabulous desserts with professional technics using tricks that chefs use.

In this course we make three fabulous desserts that can be frozen for christmas, this class includes lunch with a lovely glass of fizz.

We make a fabulous Showstopping Gingerbread and Egg Nogg gateaux, Belgian Chocolate Yule Log and Mulled Cranberry and Clementine Pavlova.

We also demonstrate an apple and mulled cranberry Tart Tatin that you take away the recipe but also eat with a glass of fizz.

The desserts are all 8-10 portions and you will need a large bag to transport.

lunch is included.
