Dinner Party like a pro!
This class will see you making a fabulous starter, main course with accompaniments and a delicious dessert.
the menu is
Warm cheese and caramelised onion tart with a seasonal salad.
A delicious Chicken main course with seasonal potaot and vegetable dishes and a delicious sauce from scratch.
Set lemon cream with a glazed Meringue.
All with chefs tips to help you produce not only delicious dishes but ones that would spectacular too!
We eat with this class and you take lots of goodies home too!
