What to expect

Gluten Free Baking

This class see us making a host of different bakes, using and mixing different flours and how to use them.

We make a Showstopping Cake with a cooked meringue and Choux Pastry made into amazing French patisserie gateaux’s.

We discuss about how the structure holds without gluten and also how important it is to understand about protein when baking.

 

This class is suitable for Coeliacs.

We will bake and you take away goodies but taste the tutors with a tipple.
