In this class we will will be making three absolute Gastro pub classics!
We will start with a caremalised onion tart with Warm goats cheese and seasonal salad.
for Main course we will be cooking Steak but reverse searing it so it is cooked to perfection with a wild mushroom sauce and serving it seasonal sides and a lovely glass of red.
For dessert we wil be demonstrating Chocolate Fondant puddings with an orange cream and a glass of sticky.
this is an adult class for age 15+ but if you have a young adult who is interested in attending then get in touch.
